Nanami Frontline Corporation (hereinafter “our company”) may contact personal information or keep personal information when performing business and providing various services.

In order to improve both service and strict safety management of personal information, we will establish the following in-house privacy policy and strive to handle personal information properly.

When handling personal information, we comply with the law concerning the protection of personal information, the laws concerning the protection of personal information, the obligations stipulated in the guidelines of the competent minister, and this policy.

We will use personal information obtained in the course of business within the range necessary for the achievement of the purpose business we have accepted, and will not use it other than that without the consent of the person.

Our company will not provide personal information obtained in the course of business to a third party without obtaining the consent of the person in advance, unless otherwise stipulated by laws such as the Personal Information Protection Law.

■Safety management of personal information
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information we handle and other safety management of personal information.

■Continuous improvement of this policy
In order to properly handle personal information, we will strive to continuously strengthen and improve the organizational structure, including the review of this policy, by maintaining internal regulations and conducting strict employee education.
